The Youth Risk Behavior Survey is a product of the Centers for Disease Control.  It is intended to measure respondents’ reports of behaviors that contribute to violence, personal safety, tobacco use, alcohol and other drug use, the use of technology, sexual behaviors that contribute to unintended pregnancy, unhealthy dietary behavior, and physical activity.  Parents may opt their child/ren out of the survey.  The survey will be completed by current 8th, 10th and 12th grade students during the school day in January or February.
