Aerojet Rocketdyne, a leader in the Aerospace and defense market, presents a $500 grant check to Locust Grove Middle School. This money will be used for developing the Locust Grove Maker Space where students will be able to combine motors, leds, servos, sensors and other constructing materials along with Raspberry Pis for programming. This will give the students the chance to apply STEM principles that they have learned in science classes to work on creative, hands-on projects.
