Fifth graders at Gordon-Barbour Elementary visited Mrs. Likins-Hohman’s classroom to participate in their first Breakout EDU experience of the school year. Much like popular escape room experiences, students are given a limited amount of time to discover new information, figure out clues, and solve puzzles to unlock the Breakout EDU box before the timer runs out. With only 45 minutes on the clock, student teams worked together to learn about weathering and erosion and use their newfound knowledge to crack the code to unlock all 5 locks on the Breakout Box.
