Application Procedures
The
following is the complete procedure for applying for a
position with Orange County Public Schools:
A
completed application must be on file with the Human
Resources Department.
All applications and resumes are screened in Human
Resources before being submitted to School Level
Administrators.
Principals then screen potential applicants and extend
an invitation to interview according to vacancy needs.
Principals make recommendations to the Human Resources
Department for employment.
Job offers are made by the Human Resources Department
ONLY.
An offer is extended to the successful candidate and
once accepted, a contract is signed.
New employees begin work after they have completed
orientation.
Applicants are asked not to contact Principals.
