PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The 71 senior students of the Blue Ridge Virtual Governor's School will present the results of their year-long senior internships and projects at the BRVGS Senior Exposition, which will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, May 15th, 2008, at the Best Western Hotel at Zion Crossroads in Louisa.

The Blue Ridge Virtual Governor's School is a regional academic-year governor’s school that includes the counties of Greene, Nelson, Orange, Fluvanna, Louisa and Goochland.

BRVGS Seniors will present information on their independent research topics, as well an on related internships and community service, all in a “science fair” format. Parents, educators, community members and representatives of the press are invited to attend. Students will be evaluated on the content of their materials, on their ability to answer questions related to their experiences, and on their ability to present themselves and their topics professionally.
