Testing & Data

Student assessment is the process of evaluating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and progress of students in a particular educational context. Assessment can take many forms, including tests, exams, quizzes, essays, projects, presentations, and other forms of evaluation.

Each grade level has required district, state, and federal assessments. Results are shared with parents and guardians after testing concludes. Assessments are an essential component of the learning process, as it provides teachers and students with feedback on how well learning goals have been achieved. It can also help to identify areas where students may need additional support or instruction, and can guide teachers in adapting their teaching methods to better meet the needs of their students. Effective assessment practices are critical to ensuring that students receive a high-quality education and are able to achieve their full potential.
