Internet Safety & Privacy
Internet safety is important to OCPS.
All internet traffic passes through an iBoss filtering device that allows us to block offensive material. Through our iBoss policy we provide blanket protection for children by blocking access to on-line chat rooms and other forms of direct online communication.

We protect our records in accordance with our obligations as defined by applicable Virginia statutes, including but not limited to, Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and by any applicable federal laws.
